Holocaust Remembrance Day
January 27 has been designated by the UN as International Holocaust Remembrance Day. As the report indicates, it was marked by commemorations around the world. It is right that this day be marked. Jews around the world are once again under attack.

Looks like Sylvio Berlusconi added to his checkered career with a dopey comment about Mussolini. No comments heard from Mohammed Morsi, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad or Yusuf al Qaradawi. Thank God.

Benito Mussolini translates as
Blessed Little Powder Pigeon.
As far as I recall he didn't target Jews until the latter stages of his alliance with Hitler, when he was a chastised subordinate rather than a proud ally. He was a supporter of the National Right to Work Committee however.
