Clinton needs to be held accountable here. She needs to explain to Congress under oath how she is handling these negotiatons. At some point the American government needs to make a firm statement that freedom of speech about such a topic of concern as Islamic extremism will not be abridged in this country.

Or will it?

I refer you to President Obama's speech at the opening of the United Nations.

Whatever Miss Hillary does, the Supreme Court will tolerate no weakening of the First Amendment. The only justices I worry about are Kagen and Breyer.

The senate won't ratify anything of the kind either.

What we need to be more clear about is this: Most Americans despise blasphemy. But we don't always agree on what it is or isn't. We don't want our politicians defining what is blasphemy. We don't want our religious leaders writing criminal laws. So, we put up with blasphemy, to avert greater evils.
