Not with Janet Napolitano in charge of Homeland Security anyway. But that's what she told PBS last night.

This is the problem. To Janet Napolitano, homeland security consists of advertising food stamps in Mexico, the Dream Act, Comprehensive Immigration Reform, arming Border Patrol agents with beanbags, assisting the ATF in Operation Fast and Furious, and relying on airplane passengers to restrain would-be bombers in flight.
I haven't seen such foolishness and incompetence in government since Madeleine Albright was secretary of state.
