Shades of Fast and Furious, perhaps? Fox News is reporting that the report on Benghazi by the DOS Accountability Review Board is finished and "is in Hillary Clinton's hands".

If Hillary Clinton winds up not testifying under oath about what happened before, during, and after September 11 in Benghazi, it would be a serious blow to the very concept of justice in this country.
"Good news, mein Fuehrer. The Shirer report is finished. Do you have time to read it?"

I doubt if it would be a blow to much of anything. Whatever she knew was at least a few minutes or hours after the fact. The report is of far greater importance. But expecting complete, accurate, comprehensive testimony from anyone whose doctors have told them to stop work and rest in bed is ludicrous. You want a full court press, wait until she's well enough to engage in one.
I believe she will do whatever she can to keep her fingerprints off this disgraceful episode. The press continues to label this "old news" and not worthy of coverage.
What she or anyone else in the administration should or should not have done about this seven hour (!) attack (before, during, and after) will be swept under the rug.
