I think it is highly appropriate at this time of the year that we send
THANKS to all of the countries that have reciprocated for our help with their
disasters, misgivings, social turmoil, and poverty by returning the favor, and
sending the United States of America monetary and physical help when Sandy ravaged our East Coast leaving dead, homelessness, and pure disaster.
Listed below are a list of the countries and worldwide organizations that
are giving us gracious assistance.
Please assist me in Thanking these entities by passing on this email so
people from all over America can join in and THANK our neighbors, to whom we
have given BILLIONS!!!!

New York, NY --- November 4, 2012 ... Israel Flying Aid, the Israeli global
humanitarian organization which was first to land in Haiti following the 2010
earthquake, has been distributing large supplies of gas to hospitals, food,
batteries and generators to Hurricane Sandy victims.
"We have many years of disaster relief experience," said Israel Flying Aid
North American Operations Manager Moti Kahana.
"Israel Flying Aid, in having Israelis on the ground here in New York and
New Jersey, have made Israel the only foreign nation to provide humanitarian
assistance to the US during this disaster. We are working in coordination with
FEMA, local police, the American Red Cross and Jewish communities in New York,
New Jersey and Connecticut."

Not just Haiti but also Katrina too. Israel sent a mobile Hospital like they sent to Japan.
Funny how that little apartheid nation sends emergency aid to all in need (Turkey after a major earthquake, offered to Iran) and not one Muslim nation ever sends aid or money.

It happens that the last time I was in Israel, I was stationed in a "Staging base." I helped them set up systems to quickly deploy gas pumping stations and complete field hospitals. There are many other types already set up so that they can be deployed literally in a moment.
Because of the part of the world they are in, they are forced to build bomb shelters near schoolyards and each home has one room reinforced and designated as a bomb shelter. The arabs, in contrast do not build bomb shelters for their civilians. You would think that the propaganda derived from the death of a civilian in a war is worth it to them. It is the difference between a culture who believes life is precious and one that does not.
In any event, these emergency teams are well equipped and very well trained. They have had, by necessity, to learn how to be good at it. You would think that this item would be in the news instead of a random email article.

There is a big, big, difference between "offering to help" in the case of Iran and "being ready to help" in the case of Canada to the already on the ground giving the help in the case of the Israelis.
There is also this troublesome item in the NY Times article about Iran:
"According to documents disclosed by WikiLeaks, American officials suspect that some Red Crescent employees operate as spies when providing help in other countries."
The main thesis that Israel is the only country that actually gave aid in the case of the Sandy hurricane remains true.

I wonder if it is a coincidence that the largest American Jewish population is concentrated in New York and New Jersey?
Anyway, if Israel got aid on the ground, while others merely offered, Israel must have had diplomatic and customs clearance that others lacked...
