Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) is asking Hillary Clinton if she was responsible for denying Ambassador Chris Stevens' request for enhanced security in Benghazi.

And this is not something that calls for, "As Secretary of State, I am responsible for everything that goes on in my department.....", blah blah blah.
Hillary Clinton needs to state whether she saw Stevens' request(which was addressed to her -just like all those Fast and Furious e-mails addressed to Eric Holder), did she make the decision to turn it down, and if not who did?
Where the Hell are you, Mrs Clinton?
