I see where President Obama was visiting my old stomping grounds at Ft Bliss, Texas this week. (I spent 8 weeks there during basic training. I have never been back)
According to Daily Caller, he got a chilly reception.

Hardly surprising since he is not held in high regards by most of the troops. That's because they know he doesn't hold them in high regard. He will soon begin cutting their budget to the bone. Maybe it has something to do with that lawsuit in Ohio, where the Democrats are trying to challenge a state law that would give military absentee ballots an extra tree days to get their votes in. Yesterday, a judge blocked it (prompting Al Sharpton to call it a great Obama victory in the fight against voter suppression).
Did he really think he could buffalo these folks?

It is good to see that the U.S. Armed Forces can see the real Obama.

I do hope that Obama got the message the troops were giving him. It was loud and clear!
He's going to trim the military budget by one trillion dollars and expects a rousing welcome? How arrogant is this guy?
