I can't wait to watch the Letterman show (which I never do) on Tuesday. The world is burning, and President Obama will be appearing with the late-night wise guy, cracking jokes and maybe taking a softball question from Dave about the Middle East. He should come out wearing a toga and carrying a fiddle a la Nero. From taping that show, I guess it's off to the big party with Beyonce and Jay-Z. (That's the one she sent me an e-mail asking me to chip in $25 to get a chance to be there, flight and hotel included.)
Meanwhile, we have 4 dead Americans in Libya and violent protests going on throughout the Middle East to commemorate 9-11-blaming it on that now infamous video that some jokers made in the US. It's bad enough that the extremists and their apologists are blaming the video for all the mayhem, but even our government and the ever-so-compliant media are going right along with it.
In addition, our missions in Europe are being subject to protests by Europe's Muslim immigrants. The Euros, as is their fashion, have no clue what to do, so they follow the party line and write articles about America's horrible racists and Christian fanatics as being the cause of it all.
Meanwhile our State Department under Madame Secretary Clinton is in full denial mode, blaming the video and insisting there was no advance warning that trouble was brewing in the days prior to September 11, a lie that should quickly be proven false should anyone care to investigate.
The end result is that Obama's foreign policy has been a catastrophic failure as he has tried to curry favor with the Arab world and give the finger to a threatened Israel. His efforts to stop Iran from developing a nuclear weapon through sanctions, diplomacy, and words is failing miserably. He depended on the feckless European Union to hold meetings with Iran led by an incompetent and feckless woman named Baroness Lady Katherine Ashton, a woman who doesn't have the qualifications to be an airline stewardess, let alone be head of the EU's foreign affairs office.
As for our own baroness, Lady Hillary Clinton, this should be what would normally put the cap on her own sordid political career. That is in a normal world, however. The Democrats will cover for her even as she directs her own cover-up within the State Department-covering up her own arrogant ineptitude. After all, she will probably be their presidential candidate in 2016.
In spite of Obama's best bowing, apologizing, and his complicity in letting Mubarak fall in Egypt in favor of the Muslim Brotherhood, the Arabs (and Pakistanis) still hate us with a vengeance. Yet, we still send billions of dollars to these ingrates every year.
Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton. Two phonies who have tricked their way to the top and who are doing so much damage to this country and the world. If Obama gets re-elected, the damage will probably be irreparable.

The big question remains: Will Hillary, Rice and the POTUS put an end to the evil, vile, anti-Islam film, "Killing Ben Laden"? Or, will the POTUS kiss Hollywood elites and give it a pass? After all, Obama gave Bill Maher a pass on his anti-Islam film because of the i million dollar donation to the Dem PAC.

Perhaps I should be, but I am not yet convinced that damage from a second Obama term will be irreparable. There will be some tough times, but it may not be the end of the world.
After all, we survived FDR, Nixon, Carter, and Clinton. I firmly believe we would have survived Gore (had he been able to steal the 2000 election, which fortunately he was not) and Kerry, mopes that they both are.
