Hat tip John and Ken Show
Charles Reed, the embattled chancellor of the California State University system is at it again. In an effort to support California governor Jerry Brown's Proposition 30, which will raise taxes, it seems that CSU is sending out letters to CSU student applicants that if Prop 30 fails at the polls in November, fewer students willl be accepted, tuition will rise and the heavens will fall. Here's the problem: It is illegal. Dan Walters of the Sacramento Bee pointed this out. It was picked up by the John and Ken Show (KFI 640 am/Los Angeles).

"tuition will rise and the heavens will fall." Do not forget that the high speed bullet train has just started construction, for stations from Modesto to Fresno. The cost of this unforgivable waste of tax payer dollars id 36 billion dollars. Gee, 36 billion dollars. That would pay for a lot of instructors and buildings. Shame on Charles Reed for his unlawful behavior. But, will Kamilla put him in jail? I think not.
