John Hynansky-Joe Biden's very good friend

I'm sure Joe Biden has a good explanation for this one just as the White House had a "good" one for Solyndra. According to Daily Caller, a very good friend of his received a $20 million federal loan to open up a foreign luxury car dealership in Ukraine. Could this have anything to do with rumors of Biden being replaced on the ticket by Hillary Clinton?

Lest anyone suspect this loan was not fully vetted, Daily Caller even has the public summary document outlying the "benefits" of the loan.

Hillary Clinton? That's a downgrade.
I want Ron Paul to be Obama's running mate. A VP, he couldn't run his loony financial policies, which would plunge us into Great Depression 3.0, but he could do some good on the rest of his agenda.
