One more problem for Eric Holder. Darrell Issa, head of the House Oversight Committee, has now filed a civil law suit against Attorney General Eric Holder for withholding tens of thousands of documents in the Fast and Furious scandal.

Now Holder has to face the prospect of a judge ordering him to hand over the previously subpoenaed documents. If he refuses, then it's just another outlaw move by our outlaw attorney general.
