The tragic news is breaking all across the wires.
Rodney King is dead at 47.
Police were called to the scene of King's home by his fiancee in Rialto, California, where they found King dead at the bottom of his swimming pool. Today's Fox News ticker reported that King was founded at the bottom of the pool. That was later founded to be in error.

According to my inside sources in the Rialto PD, cops were on the scene within minutes of being called. They knew the address well from previous domestic disturbance calls from the aforementioned fiancee. However, efforts to revive King were for naught. Here, for the first time, is an actual photo of rescue efforts.
