The family of murdered ICE agent, Jaime Zapata, is filing a wrongful death lawsuit over Fast and Furious. It is alleged that the weapons used to kill Zapata and his partner, Victor Avila, were purchased in the US as part of Fast and Furious and allowed to enter Mexico.

I hope that this lawsuit is successful and will serve to raise public awareness of Fast and Furious. Yes, raise public awareness because the news media, with certain exceptions, has chosen to pretend this scandal doesn't even exist.

It would be better if Holder, Obama, and all those involved paid the damages and not the taxpayers.
