DOJ Protects Rights of Dead and Non-Citizen Voters in Florida
"Heigh ho, heigh ho. It's off to vote we go."
I see Eric Holder's top hit man at DOJ, Thomas Perez, is back in the news-this time suing Florida for trying to do what every state is supposed to do-purge its voter lists of dead people and non-citizens.

Dead people have no standing in court, and estates can't vote. The DOJ can only sue on behalf of live people who claim to be citizens. If non-citizens are being purged from the election rolls, because the governor would rather 20 citizens be barred from voting than that one undocumented immigrant might slip through, it is the DOJ's job to intervene.
