Ooh, la la!
Director of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano (2010 Fousesquawk Jerk of the Year) never told us about this at UCLA when she was telling us all the great things her agency was doing. Apparently, a couple of (soon-to-be former) Border Patrol agents were attending a Cirque du Soleil show in Del Mar, California and providing a little (unwanted) additional entertainment for their fellow spectators.

It all comes down to a lack of leadership, Folks. That means responsibility lies with the head of the organization (no pun intended).

So, she's firing them. What more do you want? Are you suggesting they were acting under orders? That its part of the culture of the agency?
