Fullerton Update: Rusty Kennedy Finds Someone to Blame for the Death of Kelly Thomas- It's Us

Fullerton, California is reeling from last year's police beating death of a 35-year-old mentally ill homeless man named Kelly Thomas. As a result, two of the officers involved are awaiting trial on 2nd degree murder and manslaughter charges respectively. The mishandling of the case and prior police abuse cases have led to the retirement of the police chief and a recall drive against 3 of the 5 city council members, Don Bankhead, Dick Jones, and Pat McKinley, who is a former police chief himself as well as former member of the Orange County Human Relations Commission (OCHRC). This useless organization is one of Orange County's biggest white elephants, run by a political hack named Rusty Kennedy to the tune of $300,000 a year.

So now comes this article by Rusty in Fullerton's fish wrap-the Observer, which coincidentally, is run by Sharon Kennedy-Rusty's sister. (The Kennedys are natives of Fullerton.) In this earth-shaking article, Rusty assigns blame for the death of Kelly Thomas. No, it is not the cops, nor the city council members (McKinley is Rusty's pal.) Here is the article. You can find it right below the one entitled: "Obama: A Profile in Courage".

Yes, folks. It is us.

Note the government-style, bureaucratese telling readers all the great initiatives that the OCHRC is doing to save the day in Fullerton.

"OC Human Relations stepped up to convene the Fullerton Task Force on the
Mentally Ill and Homeless......."

"The  Task Force
approved a set of eight

recommendations to take
to the Fullerton City

Council in May and June
for review....."

Blah blah blah, woof woof woof, quack quack quack.

Don't forget that Rusty award given last year to Muzammil Siddiqi, the imam who refuses to acknowledge receiving a letter from Nonie Darwish and Former Muslims United asking him to sign the Freedom Pledge that apostates from Islam in the US should not be harmed.
