I've heard of voucher fraud, but this one takes the cake. And how about that intelligence supervisor named Ahmed with the diplomatic passport? I guess Janet will tell us that "the system worked perfectly", just as it did with the underwear bomber who was stopped only because he was swarmed by passengers on that flight from Amsterdam to Detroit.
Isn't it time for Napolitano to go?
