So as the five defendants at Gitmo turn the court proceeding into a joke, their defense attorney shows up wearing a burka and hijab and asks the court to order all females in the courtroom to dress similarly. You tall about chutzpah.
And committing sins??!! As if slaughtering 3,000 people and cutting off the head of Daniel Pearl pales in comparison to lusting after a dhimwitted defense counsel-and no, that's not a misprint.
Thanks to another dimwit, Eric Holder, we are still waiting for justice to be meted out since that boob couldn't decide for years whether to try these ibn sharmotas in Gitmo, New York or 6 Flags Magic Mountain. Finally, after all the dithering, they are where they belong at Gitmo and facing a military tribunal.
One can only hope and pray that the tribunal will not allow this to be turned into a repeat of the Chicago Seven trial that arose out of the 1968 Democrat convention riots. Hopefully, Holder and the administration will let the military do their job the way they know how to do it. They can start by telling that silly woman to dress like a lawyer.

Yet another example of creeping Islamization! They attempt to appeal to their perception of our liberal society. The liberals will again, stupidly, see nothing wrong with this request. The realists will only agree on the condition that women can wear what they choose in Islamic country courtrooms.
You're right. The Army should proceed under ITS custom.
What ever happened to removing disruptive defendants from the courtroom? It is done all the time in the US.
This request to the Military Court... even about how the female members of the Court should dress ... demonstrates to me that the Islamists are more FOREIGN to us than say, Martians.
We'll have another display of how different they are to American citizens this coming week at UCI.
We have our share of nuts and fruitcakes but on the whole the people are decent and share a common culture to a large degree, despite our differences and different political orientations.
On the other hand, the MSU will demonstrate their insane obsession with Israel for a solid week at UCI. They will flat out lie, distort, and misrepresent history, episodes, and circumstances. Despite major bloodshed of Muslims in other countries, year after year, they go nuts over Israel. This is despite the fact that Muslims have it better, with more freedom and more opportunity and less oppression in Israel than in ANY Muslim country.
If there is intelligent life on Mars, they have to be less foreign than the Muslims in our midst.
I submit this suddenly burka wearing defense attorney making this bizarre request of the court and the fanaticism of the UCI MSU students as Exhibits A & B out of a list that could go on for thousands of pages.
