After Prime Minister Bibi Netanyahu spoke before AIPAC in Washington, Shimon Peres traveled out to San Francisco to speak before a Jewish group this week. As expected, he was met by the usual conglomeration of Palestinians, Occupy Oakland, and left-wing wackos that are never in short supply in the City by the Bay. This weekend in another part of the Bay area (Berkeley) Louis Farrakhan will cast his shadow over the UC Berkeley campus as guest of the local Black Student Union (an anomaly in itself since there is no White Student Union-but that's a different subject.) You will not see those folks out protesting against Farrakhan and his anti-Semitic rants.

Peres was interviewed on Charlie Rose the other day. It is a good interview and on the charlierose.com website.
He also has a youtube video that is pretty good asking people to friend him on youtube for peace.
