Few are the damsels in Washington who have failed to succumb to the charms of Handsome Henry Waxman (D-CA). Freshmen Congresswoman Renee Ellmers (R-NC) is one of them as she demonstrated this week in a hearing on the payroll tax cuts.
I would conclude that the Beverly Hills beau learned a lesson in manners from Rep. Ellmers. It is rude to interrupt.
