Holder's Testimony Increases Calls for His Removal

"It all has to do with your state of mind and whether or not you had the requisite intent to come up with something that can be considered perjury or (a) lie."

Rep. Sandy Adams (R-FL) gave Eric Holder the what for during the attorney general's pathetic testimony yesterday. (Hat tip Daily Caller)

Incompetent or lying? I say both. He can't even admit that Fast and Furious was a major operation-after it hs led to the deaths of two US agents, another wounded, and 100-200 Mexicans. He only accepts "responsibility" because, ultimately, he was in charge-the traditional excuse of scoundrels in high places. "Mistakes were made", as they say. Did anyone ask him who exactly dreamed up Operation Fast and Furious? Why is it that question has never been answered?

And why is it that virtually no Democrats are outraged by this scandal? Check out this comment from the idiot congressman from Georgia, Hank Johnson (the same guy that once expressed fear that Guam was going to tip over).  He thinks he knows who concocted Fast and Furious. The below is from Hot Air:

“I think this is another manufactured controversy by the second amendment, NRA Republican tea party movement,”

Here is the Daily Caller video of Johnson making this silly statement:

Further, PJ Media reports that the Democrats on the committee want to use this in order to call for more gun control. This can only strengthen the suspicion that this was the purpose of Fast and Furious in the first place.

Can you imagine two idiots like Maxine Waters and Hank Johnson sitting on the same committee?

Holder's strategy is to protect himself, his co-conspirators in the political positions of the DOJ, and probably the White House as well. He wants this to be laid at the feet of simple street agents from the ATF's Phoenix office. Some of those agents have turned into whistle-blowers, and their lives are being made miserable by their agency and this corrupted Justice Department that I once worked for with pride.

No longer.

This is straight out of the Saul Alinsky playbook. Deny everything and blame everyone else. Sound familiar?
This incompetence or lying is a big problem and it will not go away, until 2012.

Rep. Adams indulged in a partisan rant at taxpayers' expense. This is worthy of serious consideration? I don't think so.
