Patrick Poole, writing in PJ Media about the mysterious presence of Mohamed Elibiary's presence in the Department of Homeland Security, adds more fascinating details about this man. It seems he has some issues with the IRS.

So, as Poole asks, how is it that Janet Napolitano brings this man into the halls of DHS, gives him access to sensitive computers, which he has already compromised, and continues to keep him around in the face of all these inquiries? And now we learn that he is not filing the necessary reports for his tax-exempt status with IRS!
What the Hell is going on within the DHS? Are we going to have to wait for another Major Hasan to show up and spray DHS halls with gunfire before somebody awakens Napolitano from her stupor?
