"Dopey deans, dopey chairs, dopey professors=dopey students"
In an earlier posting this evening, I described the on-going flap over a Cal State Northridge professor using a university server to spread his anti-Israel propaganda. I also included a link to a letter, which this professor helped write, to CSU President Charles Reed urging that Cal State students not be able to participate in study abroad programs in Israel. Here again is the letter.

A few observations. First of all, this is standard boiler plate anti-Israel, anti-Zionist propaganda.
Secondly, if these signatories are so concerned about the danger involved in studying in Israel, how can they advocate having study programs in the Palestinian territories?
The letter lists various young American activists who were killed or injured. These events happened because they chose to go to another country, interfere in their affairs, and place themselves in between Israeli troops and Palestinian activists, like the International Solidarity Movement, who deliberately use Western college students for this purpose and overall indoctrination. When one of them gets hurt, they (ISM) reap the PR bonanza.)
Finally, I am astounded to note that not only are the usual collection of dopey, radical professors signed on along with the usual dopey students who belong to such student groups as Students for Justice in Palestine, but you also have several departmental chairs, deans, and even a provost participating in this blatantly propagandistic letter, which portrays Israel as some sort of Nazi state, where apartheid, discrimination and oppression are the order of the day. (I wonder if they have ever written such a letter about places like Egypt, Syria, Saudi Arabia, Libya, or several other neighboring lands.) Speaking of Saudi Arabia, one would think the below article might prompt a letter discouraging study programs in that country.

But no. Only Israel is not fit for American students to study in. Just how far up the chain does this idiocy and activism go within the California State University system?

Jewish students, like any other group of students on a CSU campus, deserve to feel safe and secure. The environment cannot be hostile. If these issues are present on the CSU campuses, then legal action must be taken. This is what will happen if the next President of CSUN doe not tell the "Math" professor to cease and desist with the use of the CSUN server to spew his anti-Semitic hate. The Deans of other programs, such as the Behavioral Science Department must be admonished as well. They can use their private accounts, but not the public server.
Now, here is what we can do:
Tell students not to take this Hate-Monger,Math professor's classes. Students do this anyway when Professors are less than what they claim to be.
If you are an alumni, do not donate and tell the solicitor why.
Tell other people not to donate to CSUN because of their support of this illegal activity.
