Like Sweden, Norway has decided that the best way to keep their restive immigrant community "pacified" is to stand against Israel. If anti-Semitism against Norway's Jews is a by-product, well, I guess that's just the price of doing business. As Bawer points out, it is the cultural, political and academic elite who are making all of this possible.
