Boston is also experiencing the Occupy movement. Today, it is reported that a uniformed Coast Guard member walked past the "Tent City" and was spat on.
Is there any doubt at this point that the "Occupy" movement is a far-left movement? Why is it that President Obama "empathizes" with this movement? Why is it that Nancy Pelosi declares, "God bless them", and why is it that the mad-hatters at MSNBC are embracing these bums?

Time for the water cannon. These protesting types need a bath anyway.
There is considerable doubt that this movement has any particular ideological character at all. Certainly if anything like the old communist party were behind it, this would have been tightly organized and controlled, with tactical choices made by deliberation, not individual spontaneity. Even the Socialist Workers Party knew better. These folks have less discipline than the Bonus Army. That doesn't refute that the concerns which drove people into the streets are widespread, and widely shared.
