Hank Dannecker of 1NewHeart in Jerusalem sends us a great update on the condition of little Rama, a new-born Palestinian baby given heart surgery by Israeli doctors in an Israeli hospital courtesy of the donations of those who support Hank's group and the pro-bono work by the doctors.

I nominate Rama for the first president of the Federation of Israel and Palestine. By the time she is prepared to undertake the post, the old generations will all have been gathered to their ancestors and their God, and her generation will be ready for it. Gilad Shalit's son will be her vice president.
