The Riots in UK

Stripped: A worrying picture from Twitter shows a man apparently in Deptford appearing to have his clothes removed as another man looks on

A young man is forced to surrender his clothing to a rioter
(Daily Mail)

The fourth night of rioting is underway in London, Birmingham and Manchester as young thugs have literallly taken over the streets assaulting people and burning buildings. The cops are unable to handle it as they are restricted to using shields and batons. Tear gas? Water cannons? Not allowed. Here is the statement of Home Secretary Teresa May:

"Home Secretary, Teresa May claimed the riots could be brought under control with policing, the use of intelligence and the help of local communities.

She added: "The way we police in Britain is not through use of water cannon. The way we police in Britain is through consent of communities."

As we speak, the government is trying to decide if the cops can use plastic bullets tonight. Below you can see cops being driven back by rioters in London (Hot Air).

The absurd statement by May underscores much of the problem. What is happening in the UK is a result of decades of liberal social and welfare policies that have produced a young generation of uneducated and non-producing thugs who live off welfare and resent people who work and produce. Add that to the dominant culture of political correctness, and you see an impotent society incapable of protecting itself and its citizens.

The below link from Daily Mail published photos of the faces of the rioters asking the public for help in identifying them.

Hands full: Youths spill out of a ransacked Poundland store in Peckham clutching crisps and fizzy drinks among other things

Below is a series of photographs of a young beating victim being robbed as he struggles to get up. It is sickening.

First Paris, then Malmo, now London. Where will the next riot in Europe break out? It is becoming increasingly clear that Britain is a nation surrendering to its worst elements in the name of political correctness. Already, you hear voices in Britain decrying the poverty and lack of opportunity of the rioters. One audiotape in the past 24 hours captures two female rioters openly claiming that they are attacking the rich people who "have what they don't have". This is the text from Leana Hosea of BBC, who conducted the interview:

HOSEA: Have you been drinking all night?

WOMAN 1: Yeah.

WOMAN 2: It's the government's fault. I don't know.

WOMAN 1: Conservatives.

WOMAN 2: Yeah. I forget who it is. I don't know.

WOMAN 1: It's not even a right. We're showing the police we can do what we want.

HOSEA: These are, like, local people. I mean, why is it targeting local people and your own people?

WOMAN 1: It's the rich people.

WOMAN 2: It's the rich people, the people that got businesses, and that's why all of this is happening, because of rich people. So we're just showing the rich people we can do what we want.

Is Britain a dying country? I don't know, but it seems like Europe is facing the end result of the welfare policies they embraced after World War II. It is finally dawning on them that they can't afford it, and when you stop giving dependent people the goodies, they get mad. Add that to the hostile immigrant populations, and you have a recipe for a dying nation-perhaps a dying continent.

Guess who the Guardian is blaming for the riots?

But families and other local residents representative of the area – black, Asian and white, including some from Tottenham's Hasidic Jewish community – also gathered to watch and jeer at police.

Yes while they will not mention Muslims (Asians) and Blacks are given a pass. The whole riot is to be blamed on Tottenham's Hasidic Community.

This is England Gary, the home of football fans so rowdy they sometimes have to be excluded from stadiums for away games. This is the home of the Lord Gordon riots. This is the land of the British National Party, which has been known to indulge in its own brand of rioting and intimidation. And you blame it all on immigration and political correctness?

Bobbies weren't disarmed when Muslim immigrants arrived. Most of them have been unarmed from the beginning.

...and Findalis, unless you think all black, white, and Asian residents are part of the Hasidic community, I don't quite see how your favorite group has been singled out.

Siarlys,

You miss my point.Again. Immigration is part of the problem because assimilation has stopped. The social welfare system has run out of money and proved a failure. Now you have an entire generation of disaffected youth-of all colors. I did not say anything about Muslims.

I know what you said, and no, you didn't specify Muslims. My point is, this is England. It's always had a seamy, bloody, underside. Most of these people came to England because it was the wealthy seat of empire where they could get better jobs. English employers welcomed the cheap labor. Now, England doesn't have anything for them to do, and they respond the same way the underside of London responded in Victorian times. Only the faces have changed.
