A tip of the hat and big salute to Pajamas Media
If you are wondering how today's Justice Department could be so blatantly political, Pajamas Media has the answer. After finally getting the information they had requested a year earlier under the Freedom of Information Act, it is clear who is doing much of the dirty work for Eric Holder. The DOJ today is filled with left-wing activists. The below article is written by Hans A. Spakovsky.

These are the radical political activists who are running the DOJ. Now you can see why DOJ has been involved in so many outrageous activities from the dismissal of Philadelphia voting intimidation charges against the New Black Panther Party to the Arizona lawsuit to the Alabama lawsuit to Operation Fast and Furious etc, etc, etc. Do you really think that this Justice Department will launch a federal investigation into the flash mob attacks against whites that have been occurring in Philadelphia, Milwaukee, Chicago and other places?

fousesquawk, I need to email you info concerning Rusty Kennedy of the Orange County Human Relations Commission, Fullerton city council member Pat McKinley and their handling of the Kelly Thomas death and civil rights violation. How do I contact you?
Anonymous,
You can send me your email as a comment, which I will not publish.
Gary, take a deep breath, count to ten, try to calm down and think rationally. Remember the old adage "Don't make a federal case out of it?" Milwaukee police have been doing a fine job arresting those who have been creating mini-riots in our fair city -- that is, the ones who haven't already been turned in by their own parents.
Justice Department jurisdiction is primarily intended for situations where state and local authorities are in COLLUSION with the criminals, and not only decline to prosecute, but actively aid and cover for them. That ain't happening. As you yourself have noted, Philadelphia's mayor is quite sensibly going after them.
Your hysterical demands for a racial quid pro quo are themselves inherently racist in nature. Now don't go off and say that I said that prosecuting people with dark skin who commit mayhem is racist. I said asking for a neat little quid pro quo for WHO prosecutes them or what kind of headlines it makes is racist.
The perps are going to jail, many of them for long prison sentences. What do you want the feds to do? Get them out?
P.S. Speaking of politicizing the Justice Department, do you remember a man named John Ashcroft? The guy who lost a re-election campaign to a dead man, then got appointed to head the Justice Department?
Yes I remember that election. He was winning until "voters" in St Louis rushed the polls at the last minute, a judge ordered the polls to stay open, then shut as chaos reigned. When the smoke cleared he had lost. He refused to challenge it. In all liklihood a stolen election.
I heard that the Holder DOJ was changing its name to the "Stalin-Mao-Marx Department of Justice for Some".

The last refuge of the scoundrel is to claim that a long-established election was "stolen." The gap between Ashcroft and Carnahan was 2.1%, which is a good margin for many American elections. The totals don't add up to 100% because there were no less than FOUR other candidates who got a small share apiece. The Green votes would mostly have been against Ashcroft, the Libertarian all over the map. But the man's politicized Justice Department certainly didn't conform to any sort of libertarian principles.
