Al Gore on Bull Sh--

Hat tip to Fox News and Real Aspen

In Aspen, Colorado last Thursday, your friend and mine, Al Gore, went batsh-- (again). This time, he used the BS word to describe the Global Warming nay-sayers and.........

Oh hell, just listen.

Easy, Al. What you need is a nice massage. Just lay back, relax and wait for those nice young men in their clean, white coats to come and take you away to the great massage parlor, where life is wonderful......

Al is of course entirely correct, and his frustration is understandable. Why Gary Fouse, a relatively intelligent man and mostly a courteous gentleman, dismisses the mountain of evidence concerning global warming without the slightest shred of scientific foundation of his own, just sort of assumes that his gut feeling is axiomatically true. That can be frustrating to people who try to reason based on facts and evidence.

But Al should learn to speak properly in public. Its not always effective to tell such bald truths openly, and the language opens up a lot of petty sniping.

(Lance, where are you when we need you?)

Global Warming has always been a giant scam and it is in the process of being fully debunked. It makes the advocates. like Al Gore, crazy

As usual, Miggie sits in his cave cantankerously spouting whatever he wants to believe, without offering a shred of evidence.

(NOTE: It is not my job to do the research to make YOUR point Miggie. You do your own homework if you want your caterwauling to be taken seriously.)

Siarlys, I am speaking for Lance, he doesn't have the patience of a saint like you seem to. I go with Matthew 10.14

Ingrid, I had to look it up, and I thought it would be "cast not your pearls before swine." It wasn't. Shaking the dust off your feet is pretty good also.

I don't have the patience of a saint. I simply recognize that we have to share the earth with these people, and if we are not going to fight wars of extermination with each other, we have to keep talking to each other. In Wisconsin, we all live next door, instead of in rival gated communities like they do in southern California.

I must admit though, I take a certain perverse pleasure in fencing with the short-sighted exhortations I find here.

Siarlys,

The topic is Al Gore and Global Warming, not about wars and fighting other people.

Yes, it sure must be fun for you tilting at windmills that don't exist.

Gary, must you say it twice to be sure you said it? I wrote about Al Gore. Ingrid offered a word of sympathy, and explanation why Lance isn't wasting his time responding to nonsense. I briefly answered.

I wish what you put forward here were nothing but windmills... unfortunately, a vocal and fairly well connected minority of my fellow citizens believe these delusions. I have to take that seriously.

Come to think of it, YOU haven't said beans about global warming. You just declared that it doesn't exist, which is sort of like that bearded guy in London who declares that the earth is flat, also without evidence.
