JoAnn Kloppenburg's Recount in Wisconsin

Check out this recent video of JoAnn Kloppenburg's announcement that she is seeking a recount in that Wisconsin Supreme Court election. Gary, can you tell me one thing about what either Koppenburg or her opponent stand for? Do you know her opponent's name? Were either one of them born in a state that shares a border with Canada?
