Testimony of Abdirizak Bihi and Melvin Bledsoe in Front of the King Committee on March10, 2011

Yesterday, Abdirizak Bihi, a Somali immigrant, and Melvin Bledsoe spoke movingly of how they lost members of their families to the jihad. They were testifying at the King hearings in Washington DC.

Yet, Democratic members of the committee spoke disparagingly of these men and their stories. Organizations like CAIR are trying to discredit them. I invite you to listen to their opening statements and draw your own conclusions.

The more you hear of these "anecdotal" stories, the more they sound like a pattern.

I hope King will be able to fashion some type of legislation that will be fair and yet will deal with this obvious and serious problem.

Democrats are weak on defense and it is no surprise that they oppose these hearings. They always hope to pick up votes from this group or that group instead of what is good for America.
