Well, Ethiopia has a government dominated by a Christian minority ruling a Christian majority, so they can just send the army to gun down the nasty people who burned the churches.
We've had spates of church-burning in the U.S. too, for most of our history. The latest weren't even racially motivated. They turned out to be some hoodlums with a congenital melanin deficiency who were simply out for kicks.
