Remember That Palestinian Woman Supposedly Killed By Israeli Tear Gas?

Hat tip to Arab Lesbians Against Hate

You may have read shortly after New Years about a Palestinian woman who was killed by Israeli tear gas near the village of Bilin, site of repeated protests against the Israeli wall. Jawaher abu Rahma (35), who was not even at the protest site, was apparently overcome in her own home by some mysterious poison tear gas fired at protesters ny IDF troops. The below article is from Arab Lesbians Against Hate.

My question at the time this was reported was if there was some kind of poison in the tear gas, why didn't people at the protest die from its effects? It was indeed strange. Of course, if you did an Internet search on the incident when it happened all you could find were the pro-Palestinian reports and the Palestinian claims. Now it appears that this might just be another Palestinian ploy to pass onto the eager world press.
