UK Rabbi Speaks Out Against British Universities

Hat tip to OC Independent Task Force on Anti-Semitism

The below link to the Jerusalem Post highlights the double standard in European countries when it comes to the topic of hate speech. Johnathan Sacks, the chief rabbi in the UK, points out the hypocrisy in British universities. While many Western European countries are prosecuting their own citizens for speaking out against radical Islamists, anti-Semitism gets a pass.

Laws against hate speech have no meaning unless they are applied equally across the board. Yet, there are  obviously dual sets of standards depending on who the victim is and who the perpetrator is. Is it not ironic that the one group that is afforded the most protection is the same group that most often practices intolerance?
