Celebrity Endorsements-Jimmy Carter For MyReputation.com

Hi, I'm former President Jimmy Carter,  and I want to tell you that I am a satisfied customer of MyReputation.com. Are you unhappy when you google your name and a lot of negative information comes up? That's what was happening to me for years.

Ya see, every time I googled my name, all I ever saw was what a "lousy president" I was -"a failed president",  they said. Imagine that. People are still kicking that dead horse called the Iran hostage crisis. There were stories about long gas lines and a lousy economy. They even talked about what "an arrogant SOB I was".  All lies. In addition, there were stories about what a lousy ex-president I was as I was traveling around the world keeping the peace and saving the world from my successors.

That's why I called the folks at MyReputation.com. They specialize in correcting the record on the Internet. Now, all those canards about me are disappearing. Not only did MyReputation.com write books under my name informing the world what a great president I was and how I am now still saving the world, they helped me get a Nobel Peace Prize! Thanks to MyReputation.com, the public now knows that not only was I a successful president, but a superior former president as well.

So if you suffer from a bad rap, don't just sit there. Correct the record. It doesn't matter if your name is OJ Simpson, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad or even Jimmy Carter. MyReputation.com can help.

Yeah, and what about the Reagan campaign having secret back door discussions with Iran, telling them "keep the hostages until after the election, then we'll sell you some missiles under the table in exchange for letting them go."

Ha! I like how Gary's suddenly a real stickler for having proof before one makes an accusation. (And no, I don't believe the thing about Reagan either, but at least I'm consistent.)

Ronald Reagan Admits Arms For Hostage Deal With Iran.
Ronald Reagan addressed the nation to take responsibility for trading arms for hostages with Iran. This came after a congressional inquiry uncovered the clandestine deal.
Go to youtube and you will find it.

Anonymous,

I don't need to go to Youtube. I recall it well and it is the reason I sat out Reagans reelection.

Wait a minute...I didn't remember that! So, he's on record for doing it, and you asked Siarlys for proof?

I admit that maybe I don't know as much about this as I should, but you're asking for proof of something that you knew there was proof for?

Wha???

Lance,

I asked Siralys for proof about the allegation that candidate Reagan and/or his team telling the Iranians to keep the hostages.

As for the arms for hostages deal, I remember it and that is the reason I didn't vote for Reagan in 84.

Get it straight, lance,

Thanks everybody. Gary, that was a really principled stand you took in 1984, congratulations. I recall what I said coming out during those hearings, or in news coverage at the same time. When I find the transcript, I'll post it.
