This week, I posted an article by Kenneth L. Marcus, former head of the Dept. of Education, Office of Civil Rights. The article described the inside conflicts that were going on within the OCR over its investigation of a complaint of anti-Semitism at UC-Irvine, which was filed by the Zionist Organization of America.
Marcus has written a book on the topic of Jewish identity and civil rights in America and sent an excerpt to the Orange County Independent Task Force on Anti-Semitism. I am cross-posting the OCITF article.
