Shabazz & Shabazz

Here is some more video (courtesy of Breitbart TV) showing New Black Panther Party "officials" Malik Zulu Shabazz and his namesake King Samir Shabazz as they spread their venom. Note how Malik tells Megyn Kelly that the New Black Party is not a hate group or extremist. Then listen to what he and "The King" tell their audience.

(Breitbart TV)

Keep in mind, King Samir Shabazz was one of the guys standing in front of a Philadelphia polling place in 2008 with a billy club. That was the case that the Eric Holder Justice Department shut down.

Hate group? You make the call.

Didn't Siarlys debunk this whole thing over a week ago? And now I'm reading that it was under Bush's guys where this was thrown out. Here's the complaint, and it's Mukasey's name at the bottom, not Holder.

Seems that the only complaint against Holder is that he didn't pursue something that Mukasey should have pursued as well. Why aren't you complaining about the Bush administration then?

Lance,

That's the civil complaint. The NBPP failed to even respond to it and was subject to a summary judgement. Who was it that shut the thing down?

It couldn't be the same episode that was on Bush's watch as this one was at a recent election.

Congressman Brad Sherman of the San Fernando Valley was booed at his town hall meeting because he was unaware of the DOJ refusing to prosecute the voter intimidation case. Gary is right. They had a summary judgement. The videos of the intimidation have been on TV. Well, they were on Fox but not on the other networks. Sherman is a pretty good guy but he just missed the boat on this.

Sherman also seemed to be aware of the hearings going on now where a whistle blower has disclosed a DOJ policy not to prosecute any crimes where the victim is white and the perp is black. Goes to show that if you only read the MSM you won't know what's going on.

This is the same DOJ that refuses to look into the Galloway fundraiser for a Hamas front organization held on the UCI campus. Is this just a odd set of circumstances or is it policy?

You know Miggie, the election was in November 2008, but Bush was still President until mid-January 2009...

It's kind of sad that I have to explain these sort of things to you.

Anonymous,

Why don't you check up on the visits in 2010 of DOJ's Tom Perrelli to the White House to meet with Cassandra Butts and compare the timeline to the final decision by Perrelli to have the case dropped?

PS: Obama was president.
