Dutch Hamas Leader Arrested on Board the "Humanitarian" Flotilla

Hat tip to Pro-Israel Bay Bloggers

Not surprisingly, one of those "peaceful humanitarians" found on board the Free Gaza flotilla has been identified as Amin Abou Rashed (43) a known Hamas leader who was living in Holland. The Dutch newspaper, De Telegraaf has the report.

According to the report (in Dutch) Rashed had earlier lost an arm in his "humanitarian" activities against Israel. He is described as a leader of al-Aksa in Holland and as a financier for Hamas.

At this point, it is not clear what will be done with Rashed.

Of course, the presence of people like Rashed on the flotilla has not deterred CAIR and the Islamic Society of North America from calling on President Obama to condemn the actions of Israel and demand the end of the Gaza blockade so more "peaceful humanitarians" can reach Gaza.
