Last night, the UC-Berkeley student government again failed to reach a consensus on whether or not to overturn their president's veto of a resolution urging UC Berkeley to divest from two companies that do business with Israel. Even more encouragingly, the item was not put on the schedule for future discussion. Below is the update from the Daily Californian:

Maybe the young folks are tired of the issue and all the craziness it has provoked and decided to just let it die a quiet death. If so, they are learning their job well.
