Last night, I attended a speech in Irvine by UC-Irvine Law School Dean Erwin Chemerinsky (which I will comment on later, perhaps). During the Q&A, someone in the audience asked him whom he thought would be the next Supreme Court Justice. Chemerinsky opined that it would not be someone from the appellate court system, rather someone from the political world. He read off a number of possible names, most prominently, Jennifer Granholm, Governor of Michigan (who has run that state into the ground), Janet Napolitano, (who has run the Department of Homeland Security into the ground) and a few other liberal hacks.
Well, if those two dolts can get on the Supreme Court, I figured, why not me? After all, I fit into President Obama's criteria in one respect: I give a rip about what the Court's decisions would have on the common folks, you know like crime, taxes, the government's ability to take your home or business to hand over to some high-falootin' company that will pay more in taxes and all that that.
Besides, I think I would look great on the Supreme Court.

Damn Gary, I would 'vote' for you any day!
Talk about "tilting" the court!
I think you would do better than anyone Obama would appoint.
Hey Gary . . . Which one is you?
Bumps,
The cute one.
I don't know about cute but
you have a mug in your hand
and that get's my vote!
