How much does it take to get a lawmaker in Washington to change his/her vote on one of the most momentous pieces of legislation in our times? Not much. Witness the case Rep. Dennis Kucinich (D-OH).
Dennis Kucinich
"Yes, Mr. President."
In the case of Kucinich, what it took was a ride on Air Force One Monday with President Obama plus talks with the President and Nancy Pelosi-plus God knows what else.
Thus, Kucinich, who had been thought to have his own mind, switched his vote from a "no" to a "yes" in the twinkling of a plane ride.
Did Dennis Kucinich join the Mile High Club?

That's how our future is being decided, folks.....by rides on Air Force One.

Gary, this is so ridiculous. It wouldn't be if you also called out all the politicians who are bought off by the insurance industry too.
Lance,
How'd ya like the brown nose?
