Harry Knox-Another Bizarre Appointment by Obama
Harry Knox
President Obama has an unusual habit of choosing the wrong person for the wrong post at the wrong time. First, he comes up with Kevin Jennings in the Department of Education as "Safe Schools Czar". Jennings has a curious history of promoting the gay life style for young boys to include seminars to teach the practice of "fisting".
(Google it- I'm not going to explain it here.)
Great pick, Mr. President!
Then he comes up with Hannah Rosenthal of that fraudulent outfit known as J Street, which purports to be a Jewish support group for Israel-except that they always seem to spout the Palestinian line on the Middle East conflict. Rosenthal gets appoined to the State Department office that is supoosed to deal with international anti-Semitic matters. She promptly goes over to Jerusalem and blasts Israeli Ambassador Michael Oren for declining an invitation to speak to J Street.
Great pick, Mr President!
Now comes one Harry Knox, who Obama selected to head up the White House representation to faith-based initiatives. What are his qualifications for the job? Well, he hates the Pope, who he has now accused of hurting people in Africa because of his (Pope's) opposition to condoms. He also is at loggerheads with other religious leaders over their opposition to gay marriage. Knox, a gay activist, has also blasted the Catholic Knights of Columbus over the anti-gay marriage initiative issue in California
Great pick, Mr President!
It seems to me that Obama is choosing people to liaison with different groups in order to whip them into line rather than act as an ally.

What are anybody's qualifications for a job that's completely bogus to begin with? The government shouldn't have a head of "faith based initiatives" in the first place.
The thing is, agree or disagree with this guy's opinions all you want, but no doubt they stem from his own personal faith - just as the stances of his opponents stem from their faith.
Lance,
You are correct. The govt has no role whatsoever to play in this.
