In another one of those cases the media prefers to bury, Naveed Haq was sentenced to life in prison yesterday in Washington State for his 2006 shooting spree at a Jewish center that resulted in the death of one woman (Pamela Waechter) and the wounding of five others.
Haq, in his pre-sentencing statement, blamed his action on on his "medication" as he pleaded for forgiveness.
