Scott Levenson Defends ACORN on MSNBC

Defending the indefensible, that's what ACORN spokesman Scott Levenson does on MSNBC in this interview:

Predictably, according to Levenson, it's all about Fox News (Fox Entertainment, in his words). It's all about attacking ACORN and "all the great work" they do. Levenson also makes the accusation that the tapes are "edited and doctored". Yet when asked how, he says they are still going through the transcripts to find the "doctoring" (no answer to the question). Levenson also artfully describes ACORN's "12-step process" to nip abuses in the bud and points out that no loans were made, no mortgages done, and no fraud committed-thanks to ACORN's own internal process. Yet, it sure appears that the corrective measures were taken only after Fox broke the story and produced the tapes. (Apparently, the first step in ACORN's "process" is getting caught.)

Also not addressed in the interview are all the other state-by-state scandals involving ACORN. But, of course, one can't cover the myriad of ACORN scandals in one 5-minute interview clip, can't one, MSNBC?

Gary,
"Great work they do"

I suppose allowing admitted murders to work as community organizers is considered "great work"

I am shocked frankly at the lack of attention and concern from the major media on this.

Did you see the latest tape from San Bernardino? Unbelievable to say the least.

Check it out on Biggovernment.com or I have posted a video on my blog. Its a short version but the whole thing is also posted in pieces on you tube.

Keep up the good work friend!

Thank you friend. I'm just about to view the San Bernadino tape and post it.
