Answer the Question, Mrs Clinton!

The above exchange came during Hillary Clinton's testimony before Congress today. Rep Dana Rohrabacher (R-CA) attempts to ask Clinton if she would favor release of documents requested by Dick Cheney that reflect the results of water boarding of Al-Qaeda suspects. This is where she states that she does not consider Cheney a reliable source of information. She continues to duck the question until Rohrabacher's time runs out.

Left unstated is the question of whether the above-referenced documents would be considered reliable by Mrs Clinton.
