Isn't it interesting how the mainstream news media is going after Joe the Plumber? In the case of NBC and its little brother MSNBC, they have virtually their whole task force of "reporters" digging up "dirt" on Mr Wurzelbacher. Is this what our major networks are supposed to be doing?

Here's an example from MSNBC's chief Obama cheerleader, Chris Matthews:

"Seems that Joe the plumber isn't even a plumber."

Seems that Chris Matthews isn't even a reporter.

Speaking of Joe the Plumber, Joe the Jerk Biden keeps putting his foot in his over sized mouth on a regular basis. Recently, he told a crowd of curious onlookers (probably in his "home state" of Pennsylvania), that it was "all about a three letter word- JOBS!!!").

Then he took his own slap at Joe the Plumber by telling another crowd of curious onlookers that, "we didn't have any Joe the Plumbers in my neighborhood."

No, but you sure had one "Joe the Jerk" in your neighborhood, Joe.

And today, came this well-advised prediction from Joe the Jerk (not Joe the Plumber).

"If we win, rest assured that President Obama will be tested by an international incident in the first 6 months". (Translation: What Joe the Jerk is really saying is that our adversaries will regard a President Obama as weak-remember what primary candidate Biden said when he was running against Obama; "The presidency is not for on-the-job training.")

Speaking of jerks, Jack Murtha, pork-barrel congressman from Johnstown, Pennsyvania, called his constituents racists a few days ago when discussing Obama's election chances. And he's asking the same people to vote for him!! Now, he has "apologized" explaining that he meant to say "rednecks", adding that "years ago", there used to be a lot of rednecks in Western Pennsylvania. He really thinks his constituents are idiots (if not racists or rednecks). If they re-elect this boob, they are idiots.

That's right, Jack. And years ago, there used to be dinosaurs in Western Pennsylvania, too.

I hear the Obamas are so convinced this race is over that they're planning the big celebration at the Waldorf Astoria; champagne, steak, lobster, the whole nine yards.

Change indeed.

Speaking of the Messiah, I hear his half brother is living in a shack outside Nairobi, Kenya. Do you think Barack is thinking about spreading the wealth around to him too when he becomes president? He did say once, "I am my brother's keeper."

But not "my half-brother's keeper".

How many of you really think the government is going to fix this financial mess? They had a big hand in creating it, didn't they? This is akin to having graffiti taggers paint over the graffiti. And to think that one of the chief fixer-uppers will be Barney Frank, Chairman of the House Financial Services Committee. He was the guy who pressured lending institutions to give loans to low-income borrowers and told us that Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac were sound while he was having a 10-year relationship with some guy named Herb Moses, who was a top Fannie Mae executive, and, and....you get the picture. But Nancy Pelosi tells us that Barney Frank is doing a great job...as is she.

And you want the Government to take over health care and the insurance companies?

Meanwhile, here in Kalifornia, we have a ballot measure in November to make marriage in the state limited to a man and a woman. We passed a similar measure a few years back, but 4 state supreme court justices said nix to the will of 4 million people. So now, we have to do it all over again. Go figure.

And our Governor is on the radio pushing Kalifornianers to buy state bonds. That's right. The state is bankrupt due to our out of control spending policies, so now we are asked to buy California bonds to hold the state over a few more months. We would send this muscle-bound boob back to Austria, but he's already burned those bridges. They don't want him back.

Did'ya hear about the fires that crept up to the northern environs of Los Angeles last week? One afternoon, LA's illustrious mayor, Antonio Villaraigosa (whose real name is Tony Villar from his youthful gang days)showed up at the firelines in a yellow jacket to have his picture taken. That same night, cameras caught him at the Dodgers-Phillies game in a Dodger blue jacket with one of those 12 inch Dodger dogs stuffed halfway down his throat.

Since October 10th to now, CAIR's (Council on American Islamic Relations)website is reporting a story about a young Muslim student at Elmhurst College in Illinois being assaulted October 9th in a college restroom by a masked Islamophobe, who pistol-whipped her, threatened her with death and painted anti-Muslim graffiti on the walls. The only problem is that on October 17th, police charged the girl with filing a false police report. That doesn't bother CAIR, who is still posting the assault story on its website. Don't you guys update your website? Must be a budget problem.

In how many states is ACORN under investigation now?

How's that re-election campaign going, Senator Stevens? Kinda hard commuting every night from a DC courtroom to Alaska to campaign, ain't it?

And what about that guy Tim Mahoney down in Florida-the guy that replaced Mark Foley after the latter's attempted sex scandal with pages? Seems Congressman Mahoney was playing "hide the baloney" (hey, that rhymes) with some babe he gave a job to in his office and paid hush money ($121,000)to in order to conceal the affair, and who is now suing him for sexual harassment, but he insists the money was from his personal funds-not federal or contributions, and it was strictly personal, and he will not resign, and his wife is standing by his side because I saw her with him at his press conference, but today it was announced she is filing for divorce although it was not stated whether it was because of the affair or the $121,000. Have you heard this story before? Sure you have (just not in such a long sentence).

Final comment on that story: Unless you are some sort of billionaire, how can you pay $121,000 hush money to some bimbalone without your wife knowing about it?

"Hey, honey. I was just balancing the check book, and there's a check for $121,000 to Daisy May Jones. Do you know anything about this?"

Look for a federal investigation to follow.
