Yesterday, I reported on the charge filed against a 19-year-old Muslim woman at Elmhurst College (IL) for allegedly filing a false police report that she had been assaulted by a masked man in a college restroom, pistol-whipped and threatened with death because she was a Muslim. This supposedly occurred on the evening of October 9th.
The Council on American Islamic Relations website has a posting of the reported incident dated the following day (October 10, 2008). In the wake of the latest developments, not only is the girl's arrest not up on the website, but the original report of the assault is still there.
I would suggest to CAIR that they update their website regarding this whole incident.
