This is why so many of the left-wing illuminati were willing and ready to sign the bill, the money was going into their pockets.
More than that it illustrates why BHO is not change, but more of the same old Washington politics. He took 10X the money of most of the others since he did in in 143 days before declaring his Presidential candidacy. That's truly an outsider's efforts. ;-)
