News item: This week in Beaverton, Oregon, a perhaps weary Barack Obama told his audience that, during the campaign, he had visited 57 states, with one to go. Today, in Bent, Oregon, he took care to say that he had visited 47 states-with no mention of the one yet to go.
"And tomorrow, it's on to Alberta!"
