Skärholmen
Last April, we reported on the murder of a Swedish father in front of his young son by a 17-year-old gang member in southern Stockholm. Today, SVT (Swedish State Television) is reporting that justice has been served (sort of). The defendant, whose name is reportedly Mohammed Mohammed, was just under the age of 18 at the time of the crime. Thus, he could not be sentenced as an adult. The result? 14 years in prison, the longest sentence possible for those under 18.
The below article from SVT is translated by Fousesquawk.
